6. Subscription and Payment

Some features of Roth Wizards require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes that may occur with advance notice

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to create false or fraudulent documentation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

The Service, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Roth Wizards and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App or contacting us. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
